I coined it. I ran it. And I’m giving it away.

I'm Kristian Kabashi. I named the Blank Collar, wrote the book, and ran the framework as an executive and a founder before I ever taught it. This site is everything I know about becoming one, in the open, for free. I'd rather a thousand people learn it than ten pay for it.
