Outcomes

What we measure, what we publish, and what we refuse to claim.

01 / What we measure

Three numbers. Defined first.

Every engagement carries the same three numbers, agreed before we start so no one moves the goalposts at the end.

01

Hours reclaimed

Process moved off a person and onto the machine, counted in hours per week. We take the baseline on day one and the count at the end — not a survey, a measurement.

02

Processes run with AI

The number of recurring processes a team now runs with an agent in the loop. Not pilots, not demos — things that run every week without us in the room.

03

People who climbed a rung

How many people moved up the ladder — from doing the work to directing it. Credentialed, on the public register, not self-reported.

02 / The method

Baseline first, claim last.

The numbers are defined up front, measured at the end, against a baseline taken on day one.

Before anything changes, we record where the work stands — the hours, the processes, the people. That is the line everything is measured against. At the close of the engagement we measure the same things the same way, and the difference is the result.

No borrowed benchmarks. We do not import a number from someone else’s case study and call it yours. Your baseline is the only baseline that counts.

03 / What we refuse to claim

No universal ROI figure.

The number we will never give you

We will not quote you a universal return-on-investment figure. No one honest can give you one — your work, your data, and your people are not someone else’s. Anyone who hands you a single percentage across every company is selling the number, not the outcome. We would rather show you a real one, measured on your own baseline, than a borrowed one that flatters the slide.

Outcomes · status

First cohort completes December 2026.

Numbers will appear here — measured, not manufactured. Until a cohort has finished and a baseline has been closed against, this page stays honestly empty. Every figure we publish will be checkable on the public register.

05 / Verify

Every claim is checkable.

Every credential we issue is verifiable on the public register. If you cannot check it, we do not count it.

Measured, not manufactured.

Three numbers, defined before we start and checked against your own baseline. The first results publish after December 2026.
