The door is free on purpose.
Most of what the world calls AI training is a tool demo with a price behind a “schedule a call”. The Open Codex is the opposite: the thinking, in public, at no cost. We give the model away because the next era of work is too important to be the property of any one company.
If it lands, the rest of the school is here when you want it. If it doesn’t, you still leave with a way of thinking you didn’t have an hour ago. That is the whole deal.
