Not a specialist. A blank collar.
Two decades both as a senior executive inside global enterprises and as a founder building category-defining companies.
The enterprise years began at Tilllate.com, then ran through senior roles at Havas Creative Network, Gyro, and YouGov Switzerland, culminating at Dentsu as Chief Transformation Officer for Switzerland and then EVP and Global Executive Director, Business Transformation. Along the way he lived and worked across six countries.
On the founder side, he cofounded Numarics in 2020 and scaled it from CHF 200k to CHF 12M in revenue — Best of Swiss Apps Enterprise 2021, a Top 10 Swiss Fintech — raising CHF 10M led by UBS Next and FiveT Fintech in 2023, before the company was acquired by Radicant Holding in 2024. He is now focused on Cybee.ai, a Best of Swiss Apps Hall of Fame company for 2025, and is also a cofounder of Mandeta. Across his startups he has raised more than CHF 13 million in venture capital.
Born and raised in Germany and based in Zürich, he is a Forbes Business Council member and was named Swissalbs Entrepreneur of the Year 2023.
The provenance runs through all of it. The term was coined in 2016 in New York; The Blank Collar has been his home since 2018; and the book, The Blank Collar Equation, was published on Amazon Kindle in 2023.

In 2016, preparing to speak at The New York Times on the future of work, a creative director said “black collar.” Kristian heard “blank collar.”

The cohort is taught by the founder and a rotating bench of operators who actually ran the equation — in their own companies, on their own work. They are named per cohort, so you know exactly who is in the room before you enrol.
The first Certified cohort completes in December 2026. Its guest bench is named ahead of the start date, alongside the published schedule — never a wall of faces you will never meet.
