I'm Kristian Kabashi. I named the Blank Collar, wrote the book, and ran the framework as an executive and a founder before I taught it, and now I give it away, in the open.

Not a specialist. A blank collar.
Two decades both as a senior executive inside global enterprises and as a founder building companies from the ground up.
The enterprise years began at Tilllate.com, then ran through senior roles at Havas Creative Network, Gyro, and YouGov Switzerland, culminating at Dentsu as Chief Transformation Officer for Switzerland and then EVP and Global Executive Director, Business Transformation. Along the way I lived and worked across six countries.
On the founder side, I co-founded Numarics in 2020, AI finance for Swiss SMEs: scaled it to CHF 13M ARR on CHF 12.4M raised, from UBS Next, its first European investment, FiveT Fintech, Founderful, and Seed X Liechtenstein, before the company was acquired by Radicant Holding (BLKB's digital bank) in 2024. I am now focused on Cybee.ai, a Best of Swiss Apps Hall of Fame company for 2025 on a €1M seed, and am also a co-founder of Mandeta.
Born and raised in Germany and based in Zürich, I am a Forbes Business Council member and was named Swissalbs Entrepreneur of the Year 2023.
The provenance runs through all of it. The term was coined in 2016 in New York; The Blank Collar has been my home since 2018; and the book, The Blank Collar Equation, was published on Amazon Kindle in 2023.
One vowel. One letter.
In 2016, preparing a talk on the future of work in New York, I caught a creative director saying “black collar.” I heard “blank collar.”

No fake team grid.
We would rather name the people who teach a programme than fill a page with stock headshots.
The material is taught by the founder and a rotating bench of operators who actually ran the framework, in their own companies, on their own work. They are named where they appear, so you always know who is behind the teaching.
Guests are named when their work is published, real operators you can look up in their own companies, never a grid of strangers to pad the page.
