These are the terms for using blankcollar.university, operated by The Blank Collar GmbH, Meisterschwanden (Aargau), Switzerland. We keep them short because terms you cannot read are terms you cannot agree to. For anything not covered here, write to us through the contact form.

01: Free, open material

The framework, the mental models, the curriculum, and the library are free and open to everyone. There is no enrolment, no price, and no email wall. Use the material on your own work; you are responsible for what you do with it.

02: The school’s content

The text, structure, and graphics of the site are ours; you are welcome to learn from them and apply them to your own work, but not to repackage or resell them as your own. The book is sold separately by its retailer under that retailer’s terms.

03: The rubric and self-assessment

Becoming a Blank Collar is a free, self-directed track: you grade your own work against a published rubric. There is no formal qualification, no issued credential, and no register. A self-assessment against the rubric is not legal advice and not a compliance certification, including for Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Whether your organisation is compliant is a judgement your own counsel signs off on, not us. We are honest about the line because pretending otherwise would help no one.

04: No universal-ROI guarantee

We publish what we measure and we refuse to promise a blanket return. What you get out of the material depends on the work you put through it. Anyone selling you a guaranteed number is selling you a number, not a result.

05: Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of The Blank Collar GmbH, in the canton of Aargau.

06: Changes

We may update these terms as the school grows. The “last updated” date at the top shows when we last did. The material stays free and open; that does not change.
