Terms

The short version, in plain language.

Last updated 7 June 2026.

These are the terms for enrolling in a programme or engaging The Blank Collar — blankcollar.university, operated by The Blank Collar GmbH, Meisterschwanden (Aargau), Switzerland. We keep them short because terms you cannot read are terms you cannot agree to. For anything not covered here, write to us through the contact form.

01 — Enrolment and cancellation

You get a full refund up to 14 days before a cohort starts, no questions asked. After that, you can make one free transfer to the next cohort. A seat is per person unless we have agreed a team or company invoice in writing.

02 — Prices

Prices are shown in CHF. Swiss VAT is added where it applies and shown on the invoice. Company invoicing with a purchase order is available — tell us in your application and we will set it up.

03 — Company engagements

Our company engagements — the Workshop, the Sprint, and the Cascade — are scoped per engagement in a written agreement. The prices we publish are starting points, not the whole story; the written agreement is what governs the work.

04 — The register and certificates

A credential on our public register evidences demonstrated behaviour against a published rubric. It is not legal advice and not a compliance certification— including for Article 4 of the EU AI Act. The Literacy Track makes the literacy real; whether your organisation is compliant is a judgement your own counsel signs off on, not us. We are honest about the line because pretending otherwise would help no one.

05 — No universal-ROI guarantee

We publish what we measure and we refuse to promise a blanket return. What you get out of a programme depends on the work you put through it. Anyone selling you a guaranteed number is selling you a number, not a result.

06 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Switzerland. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of The Blank Collar GmbH, in the canton of Aargau.

07 — Changes

We may update these terms as the school grows. The “last updated” date at the top shows when we last did. Material changes that affect a cohort you are already enrolled in will not be applied to you after the fact.

Read the terms. Now read the rubric.

What a credential means is published in full — alongside the price, the dates, and the work.
