Blank Collar Certified
The flagship. Five weeks, five variables, one rewired role — you finish able to direct machines and own the verdict, with a capstone to prove it.
Not a course. A role, rewired.
Most programmes teach you a tool, then leave. Certified rebuilds how you work, one variable of the equation each week, on your own real work — and certifies the behaviour at the end, not the attendance.
Five weeks. Five variables.
The equation, taught one term at a time. Each week ends in something you keep.
From white collar to blank collar.
Certification places you on the ladder. The top credential is earned after the cohort, with evidence — see the capstone.
Solo, team, or in-house.
Same cohort, same rubric. We publish every price — no “schedule a call” for a number.
- All five live sessions + recordings
- Capstone review against the rubric
- Verifiable credential
- Reimbursement letter for your employer
- Everything in Solo
- A shared team channel
- One company invoice
- Private cohort on your stack
- Mapped to your org
- Part of The Cascade
We certify behaviour, not attendance.
Here is exactly what we look for. Published, because a rubric you can't see is a certificate that means nothing.
| The behaviour | What counts as evidence |
|---|---|
| Direct, don't do | You led an agent through a real task and owned the call — not the keystrokes. |
| Routine to the machine | You moved a recurring process to AI and measured the hours reclaimed. |
| Vision before output | You framed the intent and the verdict before opening a tool. |
| Strong HX | You built a surface a colleague could actually use. |
| Judgement on tap | You caught an output that was plausible and wrong, and corrected it. |
| Teach one | You brought one colleague one rung up the ladder. |
The top credential needs evidence.
Operator and Orchestrator are earned inside the five weeks. The Blank Collar credential is earned after.
It takes a 90-day piece of real, directed work — something you shipped at your own job, with your judgement on the line — reviewed against the public rubric. No exam, no quiz, no certificate of attendance. The evidence is the work.
This is the line most programmes never draw. We’d rather certify ten people who changed how they work than a thousand who watched a video.
- A piece of work you directed, not did.
- The before and after — the hours reclaimed, measured.
- One thing it changed for someone other than you.
Three things, all real.
A credential
Operator, Orchestrator, or Blank Collar — verifiable on the public register.
A capstone
A real, directed piece of work, reviewed against the rubric.
A cohort
Twenty-five operators who climbed the same ladder, in one channel.
Real answers. Every one.
Yes. On enrolment you get a one-page letter for your manager or L&D that maps the cohort to Article 4 (AI literacy) and to your role — most employers cover it as professional development. We invoice your company directly if that's easier.
Full refund up to 14 days before the cohort starts, no questions. After that, you can transfer your seat to the next cohort once at no cost. We'd rather you join the right cohort than the wrong week.
Both. Sessions run live on Tuesdays at 16:00 CET and are built remote-first; if you're in Zürich you're welcome in the room. Sessions are recorded for enrolled participants who miss one.
English. The cohort is international; the work you produce is in whatever language your job runs in.
One live 90-minute session, plus three to four hours applying it to your own work. The output is your work, not homework — you finish with things you actually use.
Anyone after a certificate to frame rather than a behaviour to change. If you want a tool demo, this isn't it — the tool is not the transformation. We'll happily point you to the free Open Codex first.
We invoice in CHF. Swiss VAT is shown on the invoice where it applies. Company invoicing with a PO is fine — note it in your application.
Twenty-five seats. One verdict.
Applications are read by a human. We reply from a real inbox, usually within two working days.
Stop being white collar.
Cohort 01 runs 20 October to 27 November 2026, Zürich and remote. Twenty-five seats.
