Real answers. Every one.

If the one you need isn't here, write us — a person reads every message and replies from a real inbox.

You apply through the form on the programme page — name, work email, and a line on what you'd work on. A human reads it; we reply from a real inbox, usually within two working days, with a seat or a wait-list note. Once you confirm, you get an invoice and your cohort channel. No automated funnel, no upsell sequence.

Yes. On enrolment you get a one-page letter for your manager or L&D that maps the cohort to your role and to AI literacy obligations — most employers cover it as professional development. We can invoice your company directly if that's easier than a reimbursement claim.

Full refund up to 14 days before the cohort starts, no questions asked. After that, you can transfer your seat to the next cohort once, free of charge. We'd rather you join the right cohort than sit through the wrong week.

English. The cohort is international, so the sessions, the rubric, and the channel all run in English. The work you produce is in whatever language your own job runs in.

Remote-first. Sessions run live on Tuesdays at 16:00 CET and are built so you can take part fully from anywhere. If you're in Zürich you're welcome in the room. Every session is recorded for enrolled participants who have to miss one.

One live 90-minute session, plus roughly three to four hours applying it to your own work. The output is your work, not homework — you finish each week with something you actually use, not an exercise you throw away.

We invoice in CHF. Swiss VAT is shown on the invoice where it applies. Company invoicing against a purchase order is fine — note the PO number in your application and we'll put it on the invoice.

Certified rewires one person's role over five weeks, with a capstone — it's for the individual operator. The Director Track is a 90-day directive for an executive team, run in cohorts of twelve, about leading the change rather than doing the work. The Literacy Track takes a whole company from zero to a real, shared floor of AI literacy. Same equation underneath; different altitude and audience.

It makes the literacy real, which is the hard part most checkbox webinars skip. It does not, on its own, sign off your compliance — your legal counsel does that, and the Track is built to give them something true to sign off on rather than an attendance log to wave at an auditor.

Anyone after a certificate to frame rather than a behaviour to change. If you want a slide deck, a tool demo, or a line for your CV without the work behind it, this isn't it — and we'll point you to the free Open Codex instead. We certify what you can do, not what you sat through.

Through the company engagements — a private cohort on your own stack, mapped to your org. Start on the companies page; that's where the workshop, the sprint, and the full cascade live, with prices published openly.
