Eight weeks, embedded.

A workshop points the equation. The sprint rewires the org around it. We embed for eight weeks — audit the work, map where AI absorbs process, sequence a year of moves, and activate the managers who carry it. We leave when the first moves are running in-house, not when the deck is done.
