Director Track
For executive teams. Ninety days, at director altitude — you leave able to direct an AI-shaped org, not just approve a rollout.
Don’t appoint a Head of AI.
The fashionable move is to hire one expensive Head of AI and call the org transformed. It is the org chart pretending to be a strategy. The Director Track does the opposite: it builds directing into every leader who already owns the work — so the capability is distributed, not bottlenecked behind one new hire.
Ninety days. One directive.
At director altitude the deliverable is not a personal project — it is a directive your organisation can run. Diagnose, direct, compound.
From approver to Blank Collar Director.
Most leaders top out as approvers and sponsors of AI. The Director credential marks the leader who designs how AI changes the work — and is earned with the directive as evidence.
Twelve peers, one altitude.
The cohort is capped at twelve so the room stays a peer group, not an audience.
- Function heads, managing directors, and C-level owners of a real transformation.
- Each one arrives carrying a mandate over real people and a real budget.
- Capped at twelve, so every voice is in the discussion, not the gallery.
- A boardroom problem discussed below the board is a problem mistranslated.
- The hard parts — politics, headcount, the org chart — only get said among peers.
- You leave with eleven people who have directed the same change, on call.
One price, in public.
No “schedule a call” for a number. A seat is a seat; bringing your team is a conversation.
- All live sessions, recorded
- Your P/HX org heatmap
- A written 90-day directive
- A manager-activation plan
- The Blank Collar Director credential, earned on evidence
- Your leadership team, in one room
- One directive for one organisation
- Where the Director Track meets The Cascade
Real answers. Every one.
Executives and senior leaders who will be held accountable for how AI changes their organisation — a function head, a managing director, a C-level owner of a transformation. You should arrive carrying a real mandate over real people, because the work you produce is a directive for your own org.
Certified rewires how one person works, over five weeks, and ends in a personal capstone. The Director Track works at director altitude: ninety days to produce a written directive and a manager-activation plan for your organisation. You leave able to direct an AI-shaped org, not to operate the tools yourself. Many leaders send their teams to Certified and take the Director Track themselves.
One live 90-minute session on Tuesdays at 16:00 CET, plus three to four hours a week applied directly to your own organisation. The work is your directive, not homework — by day 90 you have shipped a real change and measured it.
Yes. We run private exec cohorts of up to twelve, on your stack and under NDA, so the room is your own leadership team working on your own organisation. Note it in your enquiry and we will scope it. For the whole building, this is where the Director Track meets The Cascade.
On enrolment you receive a one-page letter mapping the programme to AI literacy under Article 4 and to a named leadership development line. We invoice your company directly in CHF, with a PO if your procurement needs one.
Both. Sessions run live and remote-first on Tuesdays at 16:00 CET; if you are in Zürich you are welcome in the room. Sessions are recorded for enrolled participants who miss one.
Twelve seats. One directive.
